- Who pays for shipping?
Items to be repaired under warranty will be returned to Mary at the owner's expense. Repairs covered by warranty and will be shipped back to the owner at owner's expense. Shipping cost outside of warranty covered items will be at the owner's expense.
- What is covered under the warranty?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all parts of the product. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accidental breakage, impact, improper installation, alterations the product.
- Does Mary brand have walk-in repair service centres?
Units under warranty may need to be returned directly to Mary service centre, NO other service centre is authorised to handle warranty claims on Mary products. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
- Can I exchange my unit for a different model or upgrade?
Warranty replacements are only for the model purchased. Upgrades and exchanges are not available.
- Is my warranty valid if I move out of the country in which I purchased my product?
No, your product's warranty is only valid in the country in which you purchased your product.
- If the product was a gift, is it still covered under warranty?
If the product was a gift, it is not covered under warranty terms, but we may help you process the warranty claim on your behalf.
- Is the warranty transferable?
Mary warranties are only valid for the original purchaser of the product and are non-transferable. An original sales receipt or a valid copy of the receipt is required to establish the purchase date and the original purchaser.
- What if I do not have proof of purchase or a sales receipt?
Proof of purchase is required to determine if a unit is under warranty. A valid sales receipt must be valid order number, with dated and itemized. For special circumstances, Kindly contact our customer service team.
- May I use credit card for payment? Do they incur any administration chargers?
Yes we accept credit card payment and there will be no administration chargers incurred.
